摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统,分析肛门瘙痒中药熏洗处方的用药规律。方法:收集1989年至2016年中国知网、重庆维普、万方数据库收录文献中治疗肛门瘙痒的中药熏洗处方,分析处方中各种药物的使用频次、性味归经及药物之间的关联规则。结果:使用频次前3位的分别是苦参、蛇床子、黄柏。四气频次依次为寒性509次、温性388次、凉性80次、平性43次、热性6次。五味频次依次为苦味722次、辛味465次、甘味223次、酸味68次、涩味53次、淡味16次、咸味12次。归经频次依次为肝经459次、膀胱经447次、肾经390次、胃经369次、脾经297次、心经245次、大肠经236次、肺经218次、心包经21次、胆经17次、小肠经8次、三焦经1次。药物组合出现频次由高到低排序,前3位分别是"苦参,蛇床子""苦参,黄柏""地肤子,苦参"。根据同现关系,将中药之间的关联规则用网络视图方式展示,其中居于网络图中间的苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、白鲜皮、地肤子等均为临床熏洗治疗肛门瘙痒最常用中药。结论:肛门瘙痒熏洗常用的药物以清热燥湿、祛风止痒、攻毒杀虫为主,治法主要是清热解毒、祛风燥湿、杀虫止痒。药物四气的分布以寒、温为主,五味的分布以苦、辛、甘为主。药物归经的分布以肝、脾、肾为主。苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、地肤子、白鲜皮、防风、百部是临床中药熏洗治疗肛门瘙痒常用的核心药物。
Objective： To analyze the medication rule of herbal fumigation prescription for pruritus ani basedon TCMISS. Methods： Herbal fumigation prescriptions of treating pruritus ani were collected from CNKI, VIP andWanfang database from 1989 to 2016, the association rules between the herbs, the nature, tastes and the enteringmeridians, the usage frequency of different herbs were analyzed in the prescriptions. Results： The drugs in the topthree frequencies were Kushen （Sophora flavescens）, Shechuangzi [Cnidium monnieri（L.）Cuss.] and Huangbo（CortexPhellodendri Chinensis） respectively. The frequencies of four natures ranked： cold nature 509 times, warm nature388 times, cool nature 80 times, mild nature 43 times and hot nature six times. The frequencies of five tastes werebitter taste 722 times, pungent taste 465 times, sweet taste 223 times, sour taste 68 times, astringent taste 53 times,light taste 16 times and salty 12 times. The frequencies of the entering meridians were liver meridian 459 times,bladder meridian 447 times, kidney meridian 390 times, stomach meridians 369 times, spleen meridian 297 times,heart meridian 245 times, large intestine 236 times, lung meridian 218 times, pericardium meridian 21 times, gallbladder 17 times, small intestine eight times and triple energizer once. According to the frequencies of the herb com-bination, the top three combinations were＂Kushen-Shechuangzi＂,＂Kushen-Huangbo＂ and＂Difuzi-Kushen＂. Associa-tion rules between the herbs were displayed in the way of network view according to cooccurrence relationship,Kushen, Shechuangzi, Huangbo, Baixianpi, Difuzi and others, which were located in the middle of network, were thecommonly-used herbs of treating pruritus ani by fumigation in clinic. Conclusion： The commonly-used herbs oftreating pruritus ani by fumigation are mainly of clearing heat, eliminating the dampness, dispelling the wind andstopping the itching, removing toxin and killing worms, therapeutic methods are mainly to clear heat and detoxicating
