摘要
虚假新闻存在类型多,认定标准模糊,传播渠道多变等问题而难以及时被控制。虽虚假新闻引起的纠纷在民法、刑法、行政法等领域均有调整之内容,但碍于法律救济之不完全以及造成的负面影响难以消除而陷入困境。因此,虚假新闻的治理应从源头把控,加强新闻行业自身对新闻的审核及处理,引入行业外监督力量,加强媒体工作者的新闻伦理道德观念,多路径抗击虚假新闻之侵袭。
There are so many problems of fake news that cannot be controlled timely,including too many types,standard fuzzy,changeable communication channels. Although the fake news caused by disputes in civil law,criminal law,administrative law and other fields have adjustment,people will get into hot water due to the incomplete legal relief and the negative impact. Therefore,it is necessary to be governed from the source of fake news,to strengthen the news industry itself on the news review and processing,to introduce the power of industry supervision,and to intensify the concept of news ethics of media workers. By doing so,we can fight against the invasion of fake news perfectly.
