摘要 伊宁至阿克苏铁路南天山越岭地段地形地质条件复杂。为了确定该线的最佳线路方案,结合伊阿线南天山越岭区域的地形、地质条件,对路网规划、经济据点、环保、国防要求、越岭工程实施条件、工期、工程投资等因素进行分析。中方案线路长522. 39 km,新建线路长度较短,工程投资为247. 55亿元,投资较省,经过了较多的经济据点,有利于推动当地经济发展,地质条件较好,满足环保和国防要求,可以承担新拜铁路运量,推迟新拜铁路的建设时机,工期较短,推荐中方案为越岭方案。 The topography and geological conditions of Yining-Aksu Railway in the area of South Tianshan Mountain are complex. In order to determine the best route selection, combining with the topographic and geological conditions of the South Tianshan Mountain, this paper analyzes the main factors including road network planning, economic strongholds, environmental protection, national defense requirements, implementing conditions, construction period and project investment. The line length of the middle route plan is 522. 39 km, and the length of the new line in this plan is relatively short. The investment of the project is 24 755 million RMB, which is relatively low. The middle route plan passes through more economic strongholds and areas with better geological conditions, which would be conducive to promoting the local economic development, as well as meeting the requirements of environmental protection and national det〉nse. The middle route plan eouht also share the traffic volume of Xinhe- Baieheng Railway, so as to postpone the construction timing of it, and the construction period will be shorter. In summary, the middle route plan is recommended.
