摘要
美国国家档案馆APP特色鲜明,开发实践经验相对成熟,取得了社会各界的广泛好评。论文基于案例研究与调查分析方法,指明美国国家档案馆"Remembering WW1"APP在馆藏资源服务和个性化服务方面具有一定亮点,并且其以用户为中心的设计理念,以丰富的数字化馆藏资源为保障,以多主体协同合作为支撑,以多种社交媒体为宣传途径的实践经验具有较大参考价值。据此,论文从馆藏资源数字化、多方合作、开发理念、社交媒体与档案教育五个方面提出对我国档案馆在新媒体时代应如何更加积极应对APP开发的相关策略。
App of the National Archives of the United States has distinct characteristics and relatively mature experience in development practice, which has won wide acclaim from all walks of life. Based on case studies and investigation methods, this paper points out that the ＂Remembering WWI＂ APP of the National Archives of the United States has some bright spots in the collection resources and personalized services, and the practical experience that is user-centered design concept, rich digital collection resources, multi-agent collaboration and using Social media as propagated ways has great reference value. Accordingly, the paper puts forward the relevant strategies of how to deal with the development of APP more actively in the new media era from five aspects： digitalization of Library resources, multi-party cooperation, development concept, social media and archives education.
