摘要
目的将外科整形修复用于手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形治疗中,对其治疗效果进行评价。方法对我院收治的72例手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均行外科整形修复治疗,术后给予康复锻炼,对患者治疗前后ROM评分、疗效、外观满意度、并发症进行分析。结果患者治疗后ROM、生活质量、外观满意度评分与治疗前相比,均相对更高(P<0.05);本组患者治疗后显效19例(52.78%)、有效15例(41.67%)、无效2例(5.56),临床总有效率为94.44%;本组治疗后未出现皮肤坏死、溃疡等严重并发症,出现感染1例,并发症率为2.78%,经对症治疗症状显著缓解。结论外科整形修复用于手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形治疗中效果理想,可减少并发症,术后给予适当康复锻炼,可促进患者手部功能更快恢复,提升其生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of plastic surgery for the treatment of scar contracture deformity after hand burns. Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with postburn scar contracture deformity treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were treated with plastic surgery and rehabilitation exercise, and ROM score, curative effect, appearance satisfaction and complications were analyzed before and after treatment. Results ROM life quality and appearance satisfaction scores were higher after treatment than before treatment （P〈0.05）. After treatment, 19 cases （52.78%）, 15 cases （41.67%）and 2 cases （5.56） were effective, and the total clinical effciency was 94.44%. No serious complications such as skin necrosis and ulcer occurred in this group, and 1 case of infection occurred, with a complication rate of 2.78%, which was signifcantly relieved by symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Plastic surgery for the treatment of postburn scar contracture deformity of the hand is ideal, which can reduce complications, give appropriate rehabilitation exercise after surgery, promote the recovery of the hand function faster, improve the quality of life, and is worthy of clinical application.
