Based on the data collection and empirical research, this paper analyzes the relationship between Chinese culture and the national discourse power in the flow of international social media information. In the international social media communication of Chinese culture,it shows the differences between the United States and Europe, the Asia Pacific secondary communication circle and other communication areas. On the one hand, the western developed countries such as the US and Western Europe are the main dominant disseminators and audiences. On the other hand, the Asia Pacific neighboring countries as the disseminators source has a main position, forming a secondary transmission circle after the United States and Europe. In the face of the spread pattern of social media in Western International Cultural Communication Center,Chinese need to pay more attention to more effective"intermediary breakthrough"strategy:make full use of the Asia Pacific neighbors"secondary spread circle",aiming at the shortage of Chinese foreign direct spread, selecting certain Asia Pacific neighboring countries with better dissemination ability for communication, strengthen cultural ties and social media in many ways with them,in the presence of direct communication difficulties or insufficient influence effect, strengthening the international spread efficiency through these intermediate state.
