摘要
总额控制下的病种分值结算是我国自发创新建立的类似疾病诊断相关分组的病人分组系统和支付方式。实践中,这一方式取得了显著的成绩,但也因分组相对粗糙引发了一系列问题。本文拟使用典型DRGs的概念框架对比典型的疾病诊断相关分组与病种分值结算之间的异同,并在此基础上提出病种分值结算的适用范围和应用建议。
Counting system based on classification of diseases under global budget is a .typical DRGs-like system which was established by China itself innovation. In practice, this payment methods has made remarkable achievements, but it has also caused a series of problems due to the relative roughness of the grouping. In this paper, we intend to use the typical conceptual framework of DRGs to compare those two system, and on this basis, put forward the application suggestions for the counting system based on classification of diseases under global budget.
