摘要
目的建立四乙基硼酸钠衍生-气相色谱-串联质谱仪测定葡萄酒及黄酒中不同形态的锡含量的方法。方法试样采用乙酸乙酯提取,四乙基硼酸钠衍生,QuECheRS方法净化,经BRUKER BR-5ms(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)色谱柱分离,采用三重四级杆串联质谱的选择反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。结果在0.01~0.50μg/mL内,8种有机锡化合物线性良好,相关系数均大于0.99,各有机锡化合物的方法检出限为0.2~2.0μg/L,回收率为70.1%~120.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于15%。结论该方法可以用于测定液体类食品中的有机锡污染物。
Objective To establish methods of determination of organo-tin compounds in red wine and yellow wine by gas chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry after Sodium Tetraethylborate Derivatization. Methods Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and then the extract was derived by sodium tetraethylborate,QuECheRS method to purify and then separated by BRUKER BR-5 ms (30 m× 0.25 mm× 0.25 μm) column chromatography,finally determined by gas chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry(GC MS/MS) after being purified with dispersive SPE. Results It showed that,a good linear relationship was observed within the concentration range of 0.01-0.50 μg/mL,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99.The limits of detection for eight organo-tin compounds were ranged 0.2-2.0 μg/L.The fortified recoveries were ranged 70.1%-120.7%,with relative standard deviation (RSD) lower than 15%,respectively. Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of organo-tin compounds in liquid foods.
