摘要
目的分析预防护理措施在全髋关节置换术后关节脱位护理中的效果。方法选取80例全髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(40例,常规护理)和观察组(40例,预防护理措施)。观察两组护理效果。结果观察组患者关节脱位发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时,两组患者Harris评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院第4、12周,观察组Harris评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于全髋节置换术患者,给予合理有效的预防护理措施可以预防关节脱位的发生,促进患者髋关节功能恢复,并提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of preventive nursing measures in nursing of joint dislocation after total hiparthroplasty. Methods A total of 80 patients with total hip arthroplasty were selected as the study objects and randomlydivided into control group （40 cases, conventional nursing） and observation group （40 cases, preventive nursing measures）.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed. Results The incidence of joint dislocation of the observation groupwas significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Therewas no significant difference in Harris score between the two groups at discharge （P〉0.05）, but the Harris scores in theobservation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the 4th and 12th weeks after discharge （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and thedifference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty, reasonable andeffective preventive nursing measures can prevent the occurrence of joint dislocation and promote the recovery of hip jointfunction, increase nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
