摘要
目的分析MCP-1、MIF水平在预测过敏性紫癜小儿肾功能异常中的价值。方法选取我院收治的98例过敏性紫癜小儿,根据患儿是否发生紫癜性肾炎,将其分为紫癜肾炎组和无紫癜肾炎组,各49例,以同期来我院体检合格的50例儿童为健康组。比较三组MCP-1及MIF的水平、紫癜肾炎组不同24 h蛋白定量(TUPR)患儿MCP-1、MIF水平,并分析MCP-1、MIF水平与TUPR的相关性。结果紫癜肾炎组MCP-1、MIF水平明显高于无紫癜肾炎组及健康组(P<0.05);无紫癜肾炎组与健康组MCP-1、MIF水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。随着患儿TUPR程度的增加,患儿的MCP-1、MIF水平逐渐升高(P<0.05);MCP-1、MIF水平与TUPR均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 MCP-1、MIF水平可较好的预测过敏性紫癜小儿肾功能异常情况的发生,同时可判断肾脏损害的严重程度,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the value of MCP-1 and MIF in predicting abnormal renal function in children withhenoch schonlein purpura. Methods Ninety -eight children with henoch schonlein purpura treated in our hospital wereselected and divided into purpura nephritis group and no -purpura nephritis group according to whether the childrendeveloped purpura nephritis, with 49 cases in each group, 50 children who passed the physical examination in our hospitalduring the same period were selected as the healthy group. The levels of MCP-1 and MIF in the three groups and thelevels of MCP-1 and MIF in different protein quantification in 24 h (TUPR) of the purpura nephritis group were compared,and the correlation between MCP-1, MIF levels and TUPR were analyzed. Results The levels of MCP-1 and MIF in thepurpura nephritis group were significantly higher than those in the no-purpuric nephritis group and healthy group(P〈0.05).There were no significant differences in MCP-1 and MIF levels between the non-purpuric nephritis group and the healthygroup(P〉0.05). As the degree of TUPR increased, the levels of MCP-1 and MIF increased gradually(P〈0.05). The levelsof MCP-1 and MIF were positively correlated with TUPR (P〈0.05). Conclusion The level of MCP-1 and MIF can predictthe occurrence of abnormal renal function in children with henoch schonlein purpura, and can judge the severity of kidneydamage, which is worthy of popularization and application.
