摘要
研究贝氏体相变的机制具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。叙述了贝氏体相变两派论争的梗概。指出两派关于贝氏体相变论争了近40年而无果,应当总结教训。指出过渡性是贝氏体相变最主要的特征,但两派均忽略了贝氏体相变的过渡性。阐明了贝氏体的有关概念,叙述了贝氏体相变新机制。试验及理论均表明贝氏体相变既非扩散过程,也非切变过程,而是界面原子非协同热激活跃迁过程。
It is of great significance in theory and engineering application to study the mechanism of bainite phase transformation. The controversy about bainite phase transformation between two main schools of thought was summarily described. It was pointed out that controversy about bainite phase transformation between two schools of thought lasted for about forty years without any outcome, and lesson should be drawn from this fact. It was pointed out that the most essential characteristic of bainite transformation is transitivity, which, however, is neglected by the two schools of thought. A certain concepts relating to bainite were illuminated, and new mechanism of bainite phase transformation was described. From experiments and theory it was showed that the bainite phase transformation is neither diffusion nor shear, but the non-synergic thermal activation transition of atoms at the interface.
