摘要
目的对在心脏性猝死抢救中应用多次体外电除颤复苏的疗效进行分析。方法选取本院收治的72例心脏性猝死患者作为研究对象,按照抢救方式分为对照组和研究组,每组36例。给予对照组患者徒手心肺复苏术进行抢救,研究组患者在对照组的基础上采用多次体外电除颤复苏进行抢救,对两组患者的疗效及复苏5 min和30 min的动脉血气指标进行观察。结果比较两组患者的疗效发现,研究组的抢救成功率高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者复苏5 min的动脉血气指标发现,两组间比较差异无统计学意义。比较两组患者复苏30 min的动脉血气指标发现,研究组优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多次体外电除颤复苏在心脏性猝死抢救中可以提高抢救的成功率,更有效的改善患者的动脉血气指标,具有良好的疗效。
Objective The effect of multiple external defibrillation resuscitation in sudden cardiac death was analyzed. Methods Seventy-two patients with sudden cardiac death were divided into control group and study group according to the rescue methods, 36 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were rescued by bare-handed CPR, and patients in the study group were rescued by multiple external defibrillation resuscitation on the basis of the control group. The curative effect and arterial blood gas index of the two groups were observed for 5 minutes and 30 minutes after resuscitation. Results Comparing the curative effect of the two groups, it was found that the rescue success rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in arterial blood gas between the two groups after 5 minutes of resuscitation. Compared with the control group, the study group was superior to the control group in arterial blood gas index after 30 minutes of resuscitation, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Repeated in vitro defibrillation and resuscitation can improve the success rate of sudden cardiac death rescue, more effectively improve the patient＇s arterial blood gas indicators, with good curative effect.
