摘要
优化包头市现有智慧环境系统,加强环境可视化感知,以UGC方式鼓励市民参与到保护环境的行动中。通过文献调研、实地考察、相关产品分析和用户研究,收集用户需求和机会缺口,基于以用户为中心的产品设计方法,开展智慧环境系统优化设计。针对包头市现有智慧环境系统建设问题及市民对于环境问题建设的需求,结合现有官方线上和线下渠道的不足之处,从内容和功能提取、信息架构搭建、交互流程设计和界面原型及高保真设计等环节,提出现有包头市智慧环境系统的优化设计方案。基于移动UGC的智慧环境交互系统,可以线上和线下两方面实现智能环境信息采集、移动APP进行环境数据可视化呈现,实现环境问题的实时反馈、环境管理的即时有效,促进包头市环境向好发展,同时为今后智慧环境系统建设和优化实践提供案例。
Optimize the existing smart environment system in Baotou, strengthen the environmental visualization perception,and mobilize the whole people to participate in the action of protecting the environment through user generate content way. Through learning literature research, field investigation, relevant products analysis and user research, excavate the existing problems of the existing intelligent environment system in Baotou and the needs of the public for the construction of the environment. Baseed on the user center design method, optimize the intelligent environment system in Baotou. In view of the shortage of the existing of?cial websites and App, the optimization scheme of the intelligent environment system is proposed through extracting content and function, constructing information achitecture,interaction design and interface prototype and Hi-Fi fidelity design. The intelligent environment interactive system based on mobile UGC is proposed, including data collection of intelligent environment information collection equipment and visual presentation of environment data by mobile App, real-time feedback of environmental problems and immediate and effective environmental management. It promotes the development of the environment of Baotou and the construction of future intelligent environment system. The Optimization Practice provides a case.
