摘要
根据清水川流域水文气象地质概况及水利工程现状,以清水川水文站为河道特征分析参证站,采用经验公式法和曲线法,对流域暴雨洪水特性和不同频率的洪峰进行探讨,且对河道冲淤变化、河道演变情况进行分析,河道断面冲淤变化的规律基本上是大水冲、小水淤,河床冲淤变化周期为2年~3年,河段多年的冲淤情况趋于平衡,提出清水川河道特性意见及保护意见,为流域开发建设及河道工程治理提供参考。
According to the hydrometeorological geoloy and the status quo of water conservancy projects in Qingshui River Basin, the article is based on Qingshuichuan Hydrological Station as a channel characteristics to analyze the reference station, takes the empirical formula method and the curve method to explore the storm flood characteristics and flood peaks in different frequeneies in the area. It also analyzes the channel erosion and siltation changes and its evolution changes. The regulation of scouring and silting change in the rever sections is basically flooding in big water and silting in small water and the erosion and siltation change cycle of riverbed is 2 to 3 years. The erosion and siltation of the river section tends to balance for many years. It puts forward the river characteristics and protection opinions which provide reference for river basin development and river channel engineering management.
