摘要
警察院校作为高等院校的重要组成部分,要大力开展符合自身办学实际和行业特色的教师发展中心建设研究和实践工作。对当前我国警察院校教师发展中心建设现状进行分析,并就建设目标、管理体制、主要职能等提出建设性意见。
As an important composition of the education, police colleges should energetically develop the reseach and application of faculty development center, according to the real situation in school running and induswy-specific characteristics. This paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese police college faculty development center, and puts forward some constructive suggestions to Chinese police colleges.
