摘要
公安边防部队实战能力建设评价指标体系能够更加科学、客观、规范地评价公安边防部队实战能力建设水平。在确定构建原则、构建思路及方法基础上,运用调查问卷、层次分析等方法构建公安边防部队实战能力建设评价指标体系,并赋予指标权重,确定考评实施及结果评定方式。
The evaluation index system of combat capability building of the public security border control must be more scientific, objective and standardized to evaluate the combat capability building level of the border control. In addition to the principles and ideas of construction, the evaluation index system of combat capability building of pub- lic security border control is constructed by means of questionnaire and hierarchical analysis. It is very important to improve the actual combat capability of public security border troops.
