首先对移动警务发展现状进行阐述,从满足时代发展需求、促进云计算技术功能发挥、提升软件应用的即时性三个方面,对大数据时代下建立移动警务运行系统的意义进行解析,并以此为依据,提出基于大数据时代移动警务运行路径。
