摘要 用3种不同的刀具分别对大果紫檀红木进行铣削加工,研究在不同的切削深度(a_p)、不同转速(n)和不同进给速度(v_w)下铣削力的特点,并观察这3种不同加工参数下、不同刀具铣削后大果紫檀红木切屑的形貌。实验结果表明:大果紫檀红木在3种刀具的铣削过程中,随着切削深度、进给速度的增加,刀具在X、Y、Z方向的力不断增加;随着转速的增加,X、Y、Z方向的力不断减小。因此为了提高大果紫檀红木的加工效率,应在增大切削深度与进给速度的情况下,同时提高转速来降低铣削过程的铣削力。研究铣削后大果紫檀红木的切屑形貌,发现切屑形貌主要受切削深度的影响,同时还与刀具的齿数有关,但受刀具材质的影响较小。 In this paper, three kinds of different tools are used to mill large red sandalwood rosewood, and the effects of wood on tool force under different cutting depths (ap), different rotation speeds (n) and different feed speeds ( vw ) are studied. Under these three different processing parameters, the shapes of the large red sandalwood rosewood shavings after milling with different tools are observed. The experimental results show that the force of the tool in the X, Y and Z directions increases with the increase in the cutting depth and the feed speed and decerases with the increase in rotation speed. Therefore, in order to improve the processing efficiency of large red sandalwood rosewood, the cutting speed should be increased to reduce the milling force when the cutting depth and feed are increased. Study on the shapes of the large red sandalwood rosewood shavings after milling, found that the shapes are mainly affected by the cutting depths, but also related to the number of teeth of the tool, but less affected by the tool material.
