摘要
为了更好地对移动互联网应用(移动APP)体验质量进行全面地评价,通过因子分析法构建移动应用用户体验质量指数模型,从用户主观感知质量与产品客观质量出发,科学、客观地评价移动互联网应用体验质量水平。并以移动视频类应用为例进行实证研究,证明了移动应用用户体验质量指数能较为客观地反映移动应用用户体验质量水平。
In order to comprehensively evaluate the experience quality of mobile application （APP）, the mobile APP experience quality index model is constructed through factor analysis method. From the subjective perception quality of users and the objective quality of products, the experience quality of mobile APP is evaluated scientiflcally and objectively. Taking mobile video applications as an example, the empirical study in this paper proves that the mobile APP experience index can objectively regflect the user experience quality of mobile APP.
