摘要
研究西洋参水提物对8种作物化感效应的影响,为西洋参连作障碍机制研究和建立合理轮作制度提供一定的参考。采用不同质量浓度(0, 0.25 g/mL, 0.025 g/mL, 0.012 5 g/mL和0.005 g/mL)的西洋参水提物处理8种作物(小麦,萝卜,白菜,黄瓜,玉米,绿豆,黄豆和豌豆)种子,通过测定种子萌发率、发芽指数、幼苗茎长、根长和鲜重等指标,综合评价西洋参水提物对不同作物的化感效应。与对照组相比,0.25 g/mL西洋参水提物对萝卜、白菜、黄瓜和玉米种子的萌发率、发芽指数、幼苗茎长、根长和鲜重均有显著抑制作用,但对小麦和绿豆的发芽率及发芽指数无显著抑制作用。随着西洋参水提物浓度的降低,这种抑制作用逐渐减弱,甚至对白菜幼苗茎长及根长、小麦幼苗根长及鲜重、玉米和豌豆幼苗鲜重表现出显著促进作用。通过分析不同作物种子化感效应指数,得到综合化感效应依次为:小麦>白菜>绿豆>萝卜>豌豆>黄豆>玉米>黄瓜。西洋参水提物对黄瓜的化感抑制作用最强,对小麦、白菜和绿豆的化感抑制作用较弱。因此,在西洋参重茬地选择小麦、白菜和绿豆更适合作为西洋参的轮作作物。
The study on the allelopathic effect of water extract of Panax quinquefolius on eight kinds of crops could provide some references for the research on the mechanism of continuous cropping obstacle in P. quinquefolius and the establishment of reasonable rotation system. The seeds of eight crops (Triticum aestivum L., Raphanus sativus L., Brassica pekinensis L., Cucumis sativus L., Zea mays L., Vigna radiata L., Glycine max L. and Pisum sativum L.) were treated with P. quinquefolius water extract of different concentrations (0, 0.25 g/mL, 0.025 g/mL, 0.012 5 g/mL and 0.005 g/mL). Several indexes such as germination rate, germination index, seedling stem length, root length and flesh weight were measured to comprehensively evaluate the allelopathic effects of P. quinquefolius water extract on eight kinds of crops. Compared with the control group, the water extract of P. quinquefolius with the concentration of 0.25 g/mL significantly inhibited the germination rate, germination index, seedling stem length, root length and fresh weight ofRaphanus sativus, Brassica pekinensis, Cueumis sativus and Zea mays. However, the germination rate and germination index of Triticum aestivum and Vigna radiata were not significantly inhibited. With the decrease of the concentration of water extract of P. quinquefolius, the inhibition gradually weakened and even significantly promoted the seedling stem length and root length of Brassica pekinensi, the seedling root length and fresh weight of Tritieum aestivum, the seedling fresh weight of Zea mays and Pisum sativum. By analyzing the index of allelopathic effect of eight kinds of crops, the allelopathic effect was obtained as follows: Triticum aestivurn 〉 Brassica pekinensis 〉 Vigna radiata 〉 Raphanus sativus 〉 Pisum sativum 〉 Glycine max 〉 Zea mays 〉 Cucumis sativus.
