摘要
思想政治教育能够培养学生自身内在素养,帮助他们树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,为成为社会所需的高技能高素质人才奠定职业素养基础;而丰富的校园文化能够引导与鼓励学生将所学技能与个人思想品德行为得以展现,从而提高学生的职业技能与思想政治水平。基于两者的特征和优势,研究其关系间的互联性和互利性,以期推动高职院校思想政治教育的良性健康发展。
The ideological and political education is to cultivate students＇ internal qualities and help them establish a correct out- look on life, values, and world view. It contributes to lay a foundation of professional accomplishment for high-skilled and high-quality talents needed by the society. The rich campus culture can guide and encourage students to display their learning skills and personal i- deological and moral behaviors so as to enhance students＇ professional skills and ideological and political levels. Based on the character- istics and advantages of the two, this paper studies the interconnection and mutual benefit between the two relations in order to promote the healthy development of higher vocational ideological and political education.
