一起腺病毒引起的小学呼吸道感染聚集性疫情调查和实验室检测 被引量:4

Epidemical investment and laboratory test of an agglomerative respiratory infection caused by adenovirus in a primary school

摘要 目的对2017年宁波市海曙区集仕港某小学一起腺病毒聚集性疫情进行流行病学调查和实验室检测,为疫情防控能及时采取有效控制措施提供依据。方法通过流行病学个案调查,描述疫情流行特征,分析流行因素;采集病例咽拭子标本,进行实时荧光PCR检测确定病原,对阳性标本以腺病毒六邻体基因为目的基因,进行扩增测序,将测序结果提交Gen Bank进行BLAST分析,确定其型别。结果自2017年6月17日-2017年6月23日累计报告病例26例,共波及3个班级,发病时间较为集中,临床症状均以发热为主,无重症和死亡病例。实验室对12例病例的咽拭子进行核酸检测,其中5例为腺病毒阳性。对病毒基因进行测定,确诊为腺病毒3型感染。结论该起疫情是由腺病毒3型引起的学校呼吸道感染聚集性疫情,发病呈现单峰曲线,提示同源一次感染的可能较大。传播途径可能为呼吸道飞沫和密切接触为主。 Objective To make epidemical investment and laboratory test of an agglomerative respiratory infection caused by adenovirus in a primary school,so as to provide basis to control epidemic situation effectively. Methods To describe the epidemic features of the outbreak by epidemiological investigation and the epidemic factors were analyzed. The throat swabs were collected from the patients and the pathogens were screened by q PCR. With adenovirus hexon gene as the target gene,the positive samples were amplified and sequenced. The sequencing results were conducted for BLAST analysis with Gen Bank to determine the type. Results A total of 26 cased in 3 classes were reported during 17 th-23 thin June of 2017. All of them were fevered,and no severe case or death cases were reported. 5 samples were adenovirus positive in 12 throat swabs from patients.5 cases were positive for adenovirus,and the viral gene was determined and confirmed as adenovirus type 3. Conclusion This agglomerative outbreak in school was caused by adenovirus type 3. According to the single peak of the curve,which were demonstrated that the patients were infected from the same pathogen and the respiratory droplets and close contact were the transmission routes.
