摘要
国际法治话语在学术研究和国际实践中大量运用。本文试图在深入理解国际法治的基础上,将其与"一带一路"倡议实施结合起来进行探讨。中国是国际法治的坚定维护者与建设者,在理论和实践上,新时代的中国正在为国际法治的发展做出贡献。构建"合作共赢"的"人类命运共同体"是国际法治价值追求的中国表达,也必然带来国际法治的中国创新。"一带一路"倡议实施需要相应的国际法治保障,同时也是此类国际法治理念和实践发展的重要平台。
During the past few years, the wording of ＂international rule of law＂ has been frequently used in the academic research and state practices. Under this circumstance, the present article attempts to explore the international rule of law by combining with the implementation of BRI Initiative on the basis of profoundly understanding international rule of law. China is one of the defenders and builders of international rule of law, and China, in a great new era, is contributing her efforts for the evolution of international rule of law both in theory and in practice. Building a community of shared future for mankind through win-win cooperation is Chinese expression for the value pursuit of international rule of law, and are bound to bring about Chinese innovation to international rule of law. The implementation of the BRI initiative needs the guarantee of international rule of law, and provides an important platform for the development of international rule of law at the same time.
