摘要
结合已完成的制造4. 2 K超低温环境的工程实例,从技术理论和工程实践两方面,对真空系统、氦气回收系统、补充氦气系统、液氦系统、液氮系统进行初步的分析和研究,并且总结了各系统配置时应注意的主要问题。
In this paper, based on the existing engineering examples of manufacturing 4.2 K uhra-low temperature environment, preliminary analysis and research on vacuum system, helium recovery system, helium supplement system, liquid helium system and liquid nitrogen system were carried out from the aspect of technical theory and engineering practice.
