摘要
海洋牧场是一种新型海洋渔业生产方式, 以生态系统构建为核心, 科学开发利用海洋资源.山东省是海洋牧场建设较早省份之一, 在海洋牧场创新发展方面做了大量有益探索, 取得较好成效, 走出了一条经济发展与环境改善双赢之路, 为全国现代化海洋牧场建设做出示范引领.文章阐述了山东省海洋牧场建设历程和现状, 总结了经验做法, 分析了面临的机遇与挑战, 并提出下一步发展思路, 以期为我国海洋牧场建设与决策提供参考.
Marine ranching is a new mode of marine fishery production ,which takes the ecosystem construction as the core and aims to the scientifically development and utilization of marine re sources. Shandong province is one of the first participants in the construction of marine ranching in China,a great deal of beneficial exploration in the innovation and development of the field has been made,and good results were achieved.A win win way of economic development and environ mental improvement will make a demonstration and guide contribution for the marine ranching modernisation of China. This paper expounded the developing progress and present condition of the marine ranching in Shandong province, summarized the experience, analyzed the opportunities and challenges it facing,and proposed the future development plan,aiming to provide references for the marine ranching construction and decision making in the field.
