运用QC方法提高构造建模的质量和效率

摘要 针对构造建模过程中频繁发生重复性工作的问题,利用QC方法,寻找到要因,提出有效的具体改进措施,将单个地质模型中构造建模过程发生重复性工作的平均次数5次降低到3次。指出,构造建模的质量保证需做到3方面:(1)确保输入数据正确;(2)确保断层模型的质量;(3)确保层面模型的质量。同时,对于一个构造建模,每位小组成员活动前需要15天完成,而活动后10天能完成,可节约5天的时间,大幅度提高了工作效率。 Aiming at the frequent repetitive work in the process of structural modeling, using the QC method, to find a cause, put forward specific measures for the improvement. The single geological model is constructed in the average number of modeling process of the repetitive work 5 times reduced to 3. It is pointed out that the quality assurance of structural modeling needs 3 aspects: ( 1 ) to ensure the correct input data; (2) to ensure the quality of fauk model; (3) to ensure the qualiW of the horizon model. At the same time, for a structural modeling, it takes 15 days for each team member to complete the activity, but 10 days after the event can be completed, 5 days can be saved, and the work efficiency is greatly improved.
