摘要
随着社会信息化的不断发展与成果应用,以及我国社会对具有较强信息能力和创新精神的人才需求,通过网络在线平台学习与沟通已经成为新的人才培养渠道。但在线学习方式与传统学习方式最大的不同就是学习者不能和老师面对面的交流,不能针对其进行有效的辅导,导致学习者在学习情绪和行为较传统学习方式有较大区别。现在越来越多的大学生使用在线学习方式进行学习,这就会对大学生的个性发展有一定的影响。
With the continuous development and application of social informatization,there is an increasing demandfor talents with strong information ability and innovative spirit in our society.Learning and communicating throughonline platform has become a new channel of talent training.But the biggest difference between online learning andtraditional learning is that learners can not communicate face to face with teachers and can not obtain the effectiveguidance from teachers.Nowadays,more and more college students use online learning methods to study,which will havea certain impact on the personality development of college students.
