摘要
目的观察中医护理对妇产科患者术后腹胀的疗效影响。方法选取瑞昌市中医院妇产科2016年4月—2018年4月收治的术后腹胀患者62例,按随机列表法分为2组,对照组31例采用常规护理,观察组31例进行中医护理,对比2组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者肠鸣音恢复正常时间以及肛门排气时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医护理可提升妇产科患者术后腹胀治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of TCM nursing on postoperative abdominal distension in gynecology and obstetrics patients. Methods 62 cases of abdominal distention were selected from April 2016 to April 2018 in our department of gynaecology and obstetrics and gynecology. The random list method was divided into 31 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The patients in the observation group were better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of postoperative abdominal distension in gynecology and obstetrics patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
