摘要
现代项目管理从萌芽到如今已历经七十多年的发展,但依旧面临着理论基础薄弱等问题。基于此,分析项目管理现有理论和管理与组织科学之间的联系,发现项目管理理论的发展一方面依赖于管理与组织科学,另一方面也推动着管理与组织科学的进步。
It has been more than seventy years since the emergency of modern project management, but it still faces with the problem of weak theoretical foundation. This paper explores the relationship between project management theory and management and organizational science, and ？nds that on the one hand the development of the theory of project management relys on management and organization science, on the other hand promotes the progress management and organization science
