摘要
本次试验旨在对西藏农牧学院兽医临床实验室提供的4株疑似乳酸菌Tibet-L1、Tibet-L3、Tibet-L4、Tibet-L5进行种属鉴定,实验运用生化鉴定和16sr RNA基因序列分析相结合的方法展开。两种鉴定方法的结果显示4株菌均为乳酸杆菌,分析结果与基因库中基因序列进行同源性比较后发现,4株菌均为乳酸杆菌,但它们之间的亲缘关系相差较远。
The research object is to identify four suspected lactic acid bacteria Tibet-Ll, Tibet-L, Tibet-L4, Tibet-L5 provided by veterinary clinical laboratory of Tibet Institute of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry. The experiment was conducted using a combination of biochemical identification and 16 sr RNA gene sequence analysis. The results of the two identification methods showed that all the four strains were lactobacillus. The comparison of the results with the gene sequences in the gene bank revealed that all the four strains were lactobacilli, but the genetic relationship among them was far from one another.
