To study the effects of different substratum formulations on growth and yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata, wild Stropharia rugosoannulata of Dangzhougou prairie, Gannan Plateau were cloned to obtain cultivated species which were treated with different substratum agents by two factor block method. Afterwards, morphological indicators such as primordium appearance time, cap thickness, cap perimeter, stipe length, stipe perimeter, fresh weight per plant, dry weight per plant, plot yield, were measured to study the effect of different substratum on the growth and product of Stropharia rugosoannulata. The results showed that the best growth and yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata were observed in 20% barley straw+60% corn stalks+18% bran+2% lime, and the biological efficiency and the input-output ratio reached thehighest when the amount of substratum was 5kg/m2. The results of this study provided a theoretical basis for selection of the best substratum for Stropharia rugosoannulata planting, and also provided a scientific basis for the high yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata.
