摘要
浮子液位计在液位测量中有着广泛的应用,但对于易于挥发结晶的介质和粘稠状介质传统浮子液位计都会受到其影响。由于地下槽体测量环境复杂、干扰因素较多,针对地下槽体液位测量环境的实际状况深入分析,并结合传统浮子液位计的测量原理和结构特点,提出了一种具有精确度高、制作简单、环境适应性强、抗干扰能力强、耐腐蚀、维护方便等优势的改进型浮子液位计。该改进型浮子液位计不仅继承了传统浮子液位计优点,并通过结构改造成功克服了传统浮子液位计在液位测量过程中的局限性。该研究成果解决了地下槽体液位测量过程中常见的问题,同时对石油,焦化,化工等行业生产过程中地下槽体液位计的使用方法提供了一些参考。
Float level meter is widely used in liquid level measurement, but it can be affected by the liquid level of viscous medium and the medium which is easy to volatilize. Due to the complexity of underground tank measuring environment and many disturbing factors, based on the actual status of underground tank level measurement environment, combined with the measuring principle and structural features of the float level meter, a new-type float level meter was put forward which had many advantages, such as high accuracy, simple manufacture, strong adaptability to environment, strong anti-interference ability, corrosion resistance, and convenient maintenance. The new-type float level meter was that it not only inherited the advantages of the float level meter, but also successfully solved the limitations of the float level meter by structural transformation. The research results solved the common problems in the measurement of liquid level of underground tank, at the same time, it offered a reference for the usage of the liquid level meter of underground tank in the petroleum, coking and chemical industry.
