摘要
设计新型微肋转子的三维物理模型,利用ProE/Polyflow软件对微肋转子混炼流场进行有限元模拟和分析。结果表明,两对微肋结构增大了胶料的压力梯度、速度梯度、粘度梯度和混合指数(在0. 5~0. 6区间内),胶料受到的剪切作用增强,且产生一定的拉伸作用,有助于胶料的混合和分散。
The three dimensional physical model of a novel micro-rib rotor for mixer was designed,and the finite element simulation and analysis on mixing flow field using this micro-rib rotor was carried out with ProE/Polyflow. The results showed that,the micro rib structure increased the pressure gradient,velocity gradient and viscosity gradient,and mixing index(in the range of 0. 5~0. 6) of the compound. The shearing action on the compound was enhanced,and a certain tensile action was produced,which was helpful to the mixing and dispersing of the compound.
