摘要
测定刺玫果提取物总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性。方法:以芦丁为对照品测得刺玫果水提物和醇提物总黄酮含量,利用DPPH自由基抗氧化活性指数确定刺玫果水提物和醇提物的清除自由基能力。结果:刺玫果水提物总黄酮含量为96.4mg·g-1;刺玫果醇提物总黄酮含量为220.6mg·g-1。刺玫果水提物自由基清除率IC50为1.323;醇提物IC50为0.078。结论:刺玫果水提物和醇提物总黄酮含量及其抗氧化活性存在较大差距。刺玫果醇提物总黄酮含量高于水提物;且醇提物抗氧化活性优于水提物。
Object:To determine the total flavonoid content and amioxidant activity of Rosa davurica Pall ex-tracts.Methods:We determined the total flavonoid content of water extract and alcohol extract of Rosa davurica Pall. with Rutin as reference substance.Moreover,we confirmed the free radical scavenging ability of water extract and al-cohol extract from Rosa davuriea Pall by using index of DPPH free radical antioxidant activity.Results:The total flavonoid content for water extract of Rosa davurica Pall was 96.4mg·g^-1, and the alcohol extract of Rosa davurica Pall was 220.6mg·g^-1. The IC50 of free radical scavenging rate of water extract of Rosa davuriea Pall was 1.323,The IC50 of free radical scavenging rate of alcoholextract of Rosa davuriea Pall was 0.078.Conclusion:A large difference existed among the water extract and the alcohol extract of total flavonoid content from Rosa davuriea Pall.The total flavonoid content for alcohol extract of Rosa davurica Pall was higher than that of water extract. The antioxidant ac-tivity for alcohol extract was superior to the water extract.
