摘要
目的探讨康复护理干预在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取宁都县人民医院2015年7月—2016年10月收治的急性心肌梗死患者104例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用康复护理干预。比较两组患者卧床时间、出院时间、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者卧床时间、出院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预在急性脑梗死患者中应用效果明显,可有效缩短患者治疗时间,提高护理满意度,且安全性高。
Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 104 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected from July 2015 to October 2016 in the People＇s Hospital of Ningdu County,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,52 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing.The bed time,discharge time,complications and patients＇ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group of bed time,discharge time were shorter than control group,the incidence rate of complications was lower than control group（P0.05）.The patients＇ satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention has an obviously application effect in patients with acute myocardial infarction,it can effectively shorten the treatment time of patients,promote nursing satisfaction,and with high safety.
