摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预在老年性脑萎缩并发脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取山东阳信县中西医结合医院2015年5月—2017年5月收治的老年性脑萎缩并发脑出血患者76例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各38例。对照组患者采用常规护理,试验组患者在对照组基础上采用优质护理干预。比较两组患者治疗前后生活质量评分及焦虑评分量表(SAS)、抑郁评分量表(SDS)评分、治愈率。结果护理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预在老年脑萎缩并发脑出血患者中的应用效果明显,可有效改善患者的心理状况,提高其生活质量和治愈率。
Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing intervention on senile brain atrophy complicated with cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods A total of 76 cases of brain atrophy complicated with cerebral hemorrhage patients were selected from May 2015 to May 2017 in Shandong Yangxin County Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,which were divided into control group and experimental group according to the randomized grouping method,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,experimental group was given comprehensive and systematic quality nursing intervention.The quality of life scores before and after nursing,SAS and SDS scores and cure rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant differences of quality of life scores between the two groups（P0.05）;after nursing,the quality of life scores in experimental group were higher than control group（P0.05）.The experimental group of SAS and SDS scores were lower than control group（P0.05）.The cure rate of experimental group was higher than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing intervention has an obviously application effect on senile brain atrophy complicated with cerebral hemorrhage patients,which can improve the patients＇ anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life,and promote cure rate.
