摘要
利益联结问题是现代农业园区建设和管理中的核心问题,企业和农户间建立起密切的利益联结机制,才能更好地发挥企业对于农户的带动作用。以福建农民创业园为例,研究了农户在选择与企业的利益联结机制时,受到哪些因素的影响,以及因素影响力的大小。研究得出,文化程度、年人均收入水平、产品销售目标市场、农产品商品化率和企业销售农产品的规模对农户决策产生了显著的正向作用,市场价格波动状态对农户决策产生了显著的负向作用,各因素中,农产品商品化率对农户决策的影响作用最大。加强现代农业园区的利益联结,就是要切实保护农民的利益,其中包括保护农民土地权益、保护农民发展权益以及确保农民享受现代农业园区发展的成果。
Interest connection is an important issue in the construction and management of modem agricultural parks. Only by establis-hing a close interest link mechanism between enterprises and farmers can exert the leading role from enterprises to farmers. This paper takes Fujian farmers incubators as an example to study how the farmers choose the different kinds of interest link mechanism with the enterprises. The results show that educational background, annual per capita income, target market, agricultural commercialization rate and enterprise＇ s sales scale have significant positive effects on farmers＇ decision-making and market price fluctuation on the contrast. Among all factors, the eommereialization rate of agrieultttral products has the greatest influence. At last, the paper puts forward that strengthening the interest connection of modem agricultural parks is to protect the interests of farmers, including protecting farmers＇ land rights and interests, and ensuring that farmers enjoy the achievements of the development of modem agricultural parks.
