摘要
目的研究并探讨"危机值"护理在急诊护理安全管理中的应用及对不良事件发生情况的影响。方法随机选取2015年4月～2016年4月我院急诊科收治的200例患者作为研究对象,将其均分为研究组与对照组。对照组实行常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上实行"危机值"护理,并将两组患者的护理满意度与不良事件发生率作比较。结果研究组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,研究组的不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在急诊护理安全管理中,在常规护理的基础上使用"危机值"护理能够有效提高护理满意度,降低不良事件发生率,值得临床上广泛推广。
Objective To study and explore the application of ＂crisis value＂ nursing in safety management in emergency nursing and its effect on the occurrence of adverse events. Methods 200 patients who were admitted to the Emergency Department of our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly selected as research objects and they were divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was given routine nursing while the study group was given ＂crisis value＂ nursing at basis of routine nursing. Satisfaction degree of nursing and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in two groups were compared. Results Satisfaction degree of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In safety management of emergency nursing, ＂crisis＂ nursing on the basis of routine nursing can effectively improve satisfaction degree of nursing and reduce the incidence of adverse events, which is worthy of clinically wide promotion.
