摘要
城市污泥中含有丰富的植物体生长所需的营养成分,但同时也含有大量重金属及其他有害病原体,添加过量会对植物生长产生负面影响。本研究通过向黄土中添加城市污泥和凹凸棒土,联合改良土壤肥力及生物有效性。结果表明,加入污泥后,土壤pH、EC、有机质、N、P等含量均显著增加。小白菜的鲜重生物量和株高在施加10%比例时达到最高,而发芽率在施加5%时达到最高。
Urban sludge is rich in nutrients needed for plant growth, but it also contains large amount of heavy metals and other harmful pathogens. Excessive addition will have negative effects on plant growth. In this study, urban sludge and attapulgite were added to improve soil fertility and biological effectiveness. The results showed that the contents of soil pH, EC, organic matter, N and P all increased significantly after sludge was added. The fresh weight biomass and plant height of cabbage reached the highest in soil with 10%, while the germination rate reached the highest when 15% was applied. The growth and development of cabbage were improved obviously after the addition of attapulgite.
