摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等,对我国攀岩运动人才培养现状和影响因素进行梳理和分析,并以江西应用技术职业学院为例提出我国攀岩运动人才培养的策略,旨在为我国攀岩运动人才培养的健康可持续发展提供参考。
Abstract： By using the methods of literature and expert interview, this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of the talent cultivation of rock climbing sports in China, and takes Jiangxi Vocational College of Applied Technology as an example to put forward some suggestions for talents cultivation in order to provide a reference for their healthy development of rock climbing talents in China.
