摘要
目的研究分析对翼状胬肉患者采用翼状胬肉切除术与自体角膜缘干细胞移植术联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年11月至2017年11月本院接受手术治疗的98例翼状胬肉患者,按照数字表随机分为研究组和参照组,其中参照组为49例,实施单一的翼状胬肉切除术治疗;研究组为49例,予以自体角膜缘干细胞移植术与翼状胬肉切除术联合治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果以及手术治疗指标、治疗前后角膜散光度以及裸眼视力。结果比较分析,治疗前,两组患者角膜散光度以及裸眼视力比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,研究组角膜散光度以及裸眼视力均获得了显著改善,且均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时研究组拆线时间、角膜上皮修复时间,均要短于参照组,研究组总有效率为(95.92%),高于参照组总有效率(83.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对翼状胬肉患者采用翼状胬肉切除术联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗,临床疗效优异,于临床中推广与应用的价值显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with corneal limbal stem cell transplantation in patients with pterygium. Methods A total of 98 patients with pterygium who received surgical treatment in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were selected.In the study group, 49 cases were treated with corneal limbal stem cell autografl transplantation combined with pterygium excision, and the clinical effects, surgical treatment indicators, corneal dispersion before and after treatment, and the visual acuity of the naked eye were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in corneal astigmatism and naked eye vision between the two groups. After treatment, the team scattered cornea luminosity and naked eye eyesight got improved significantly, and are better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and at the same time take out stitches team time, corneal epithelium repair time, are to be shorter than the control group, group total effective rate （95.92%）, higher than the control group total effective rate （83.67%）, the difference was sta- tistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with corneal limbal stem cell autogratt transplantation for patients with pterygium has excellent clinical efficacy and significant clinical value in promotion and application.
