摘要
残疾人康复保障绩效评价体系建构是一项包括社会经济、法律、政策和民族文化等在内的系统性工程,需要党委领导、政府主导、市场配置、社会参与和公民支持。探讨了残疾人康复保障绩效评价体系的建构方法,对我国各省份残疾人康复保障的绩效评价进行了分析,得出了相应结论。
The construction of performance evaluation system of rehabilitation security for the disabled is a systematic project including social economy, law, policy and national culture, which needs the leadership of the Party committee, the leadership of the government, market allocation, social participation and citizen support. This paper probes into the construction method of performance evaluation system of rehabilitation security for the disabled, analyzes the performance evaluation of rehabilitation security for the disabled in various provinces of China, and draws corresponding conclusions.
