摘要 近年来,互联网保健食品市场发展迅速,但存在产品鱼目混珠、虚假夸大宣传、部分进口保健食品未经合法注册等问题。互联网具有即时性、虚拟性、跨地区性等特点,为应对挑战,应通过推进智慧监管、建立信用体系、加大地方和部门协调力度、实施国际相关产品认定、对监管法律和政策进行协调等途径改善互联网保健食品监管。 In recent years,the Internet health food market has developed rapidly,but there are problems such as inferior products,false and exaggerated propaganda,and some imported health food are not legally registered.The Internet has the characteristics of immediacy,virtuality and cross-regional,while the regulatory agencies mainly focus on the traditional regulatory means,which cannot meet the regulatory needs in the Internet era.In order to meet the challenge,the supervision of Internet health food should be improved by promoting intelligent supervision,establishing credit system,strengthening coordination among local authorities and departments,implementing international product identification,and coordinating regulatory laws and policies.
