摘要
目的探究家庭延伸性护理对行椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者康复的影响。方法选择2016年9月至2017年9月我院行椎间孔镜手术患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施家庭延伸性护理,将培训合格后的家属纳入术后护理管理体系,配合护士对出院患者进行功能锻炼指导及康复监督。比较两组患者出院时及术后1、3、6个月的Barthel指数评分、VAS评分及护理满意度。结果术后1、3、6个月,两组患者的Barthel指数评分均升高,VAS评分均降低,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭延伸性护理可有效提高椎间孔镜患者术后的生活自理能力,减缓疼痛,加速康复进程,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of family extended nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbardisc herniation treated with TESSYS technique of foraminal endoscopic. Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing foraminalendoscopic surgery from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group accepted family extendednursing on the basis of the control group, the family members who passed the training were included in the postoperativenursing management system to coordinate the nurses providing guidance on functional exercise and supervision onrehabilitation for discharged patients. The scores of Barthel indexes and VAS at discharge and 1, 3, and 6 months aftersurgery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results At 1,3 and6 months after surgery, theBarthel indexes scores of both groups increased, the VAS scores decreased, and those in the observation group were betterthan the control group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Family extended nursing can effectively improve the self-care ability of patients undergoing foraminalendoscopic surgery, relieve pain, accelerate recovery process and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
