摘要
目的分析替罗非班对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的治疗效果。方法选择我院收治的113例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,根据入院顺序分为观察组(58例,介入治疗+常规药物治疗+替罗非班治疗)与对照组(55例,介入治疗+常规药物治疗),对比两组治疗效果、治疗前、后氧自由基指标、炎症因子水平、心绞痛发作频率、左心射血分数、血浆黏度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SOD水平均升高,MDA、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组心绞痛发作频率及血浆黏度均降低,左心射血分数均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论替罗非班在冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的治疗中具有显著意义,值得推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the treatment effect of tirofiban on patients with unstable angina of coronary heartdisease. Methods A total of 113 patients with unstable angina of coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital wereselected and divided into observation group （58 cases, interventional treatment＋conventional drug treatment＋tirofiban） andcontrol group （55 cases, interventional treatment＋conventional drug treatment） according to the order of admission. Thetreatment effects, levels of oxygen free radical indexes, inflammatory factor, frequency of angina pectoris, left ventricularejection fraction and plasma viscosity before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effectiverate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, thelevels of SOD in the two groups increased, the levels of MDA, IL-6 and TNF-琢 decreased, and those in the observation groupwere superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the frequency of angina pectoris and plasma viscosity decreased,the left ventricular ejection fraction increased, and those in the observation group were superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tirofiban has significant significance in the treatment of unstable angina of coronary heart disease, which isworthy of promotion and application.
