摘要
在高歌猛进的工业化时代,中国进入了环境事故的多发期,环境议题成为新闻传播中的重要议题。环保制度的缺失、社会认知的偏差、传统媒体的失语等原因激发了公民个人的环境传播参与热情。同时,基于信息技术的迅猛发展,微博等自媒体传播优势凸显,公民参与由传统的社会动员转变为当前的网络动员。本文以2011年＂南京梧桐树事件＂为例,分析环境传播议题中网络动员发生的原因,以及政府部门在环境议题中应对网络动员的策略。
With the rapid advances in the era of industrialization,China has entered an environmental accident-prone period.Environmental issues have become important issues in the field of journalism and communications.There are factors which stimulate the enthusiasm of citizens to participate in environment issues,such as lack of environmental protection system,the social cognitive deviation,traditional media＇s aphasia.At the same time,information technology has developed rapidly,and the advantages of microblog are highlighted.So,the traditional social mobilization of citizen participation has turned into network mobilization.This paper takes ＂Nanjing phoenix tree Events＂ in 2011 for example.And it tries to analyze the reasons of network mobilization in environmental communication issues,as well as strategies of government departments to deal with network mobilization in environmental issues.
