摘要
随着媒体微博的逐渐兴起,它以传统媒体的新形态在公共事件中开始发挥着议程设置和舆论引导功能。本文以“4·15”幼童香港小便事件为例,通过该公共事件的微博传播过程,分析媒体微博通过发布公共事件信息微博和设立微话题等方式参与公共事件及设置公共议程。分析媒体微博通过设立微话题的舆论导向功能。值得反思的是,对香港媒体报道反击的微博舆论升级,导致微博舆论失控,加深了内地和香港地区民众间的隔阂。本文针对新媒体环境中公共事件的舆论引导问题提出建议和策略.
With the prompt development of media microblog, it take the a- genda setting and public opinion guidance function media. This thesis is locus to analysis spreading of which take the incident of "4 ~ 15" Mainland ample. The media microblog set public agenda ring the public incident related microblog and boy and in the new form of traditional public incident in micro-blog pee in the HK street, as ex- guide public opinion by pos- setting the discussion topic. The public opinion in microblog against HK media went out of control cause the fur-ther misunderstanding between HK district people and mainland people which is worthy rethinking. This thesis bring torward suggestions and strategy aiming at the public opinion guidance in new media environment
