摘要
当前,高校共青团改革已进入全面启动实施阶段,各高校纷纷掀起改革工作热潮。基于此,文章以铜仁学院为例,从四个方面阐述了共青团改革过程中的实践举措:强化组织领导是实现改革的有力保障;统筹可协调力量,形成改革合力是实现改革的有效途径;着力推进关键领域和主要环节改革是实现改革的重要措施;正视改革工作中的困难和不足是实现改革的有效经验。
At present, the reform of the Communist Youth League in universities has entered the stage of overall start and implementation and universities start to set off the wave of reform. Therefore, the work takes Tongren University as the example to demonstrate the practice during the reform of the Communist Youth League from four aspects. Strengthening the organizational leadership is the powerful guarantee to realize the reform; making overall plan for coordinating force and forming the resultant force of reform are effective method to realize the reform; focusing on promotion of reform in key files and main links is the important measure to realize the reform; and facing the difficulty and insufficiency during the reform is the effective experience to realize the reform.
