Klotho蛋白在心室重构中的研究进展

摘要 随着人口老龄化的增加,心力衰竭的患病率逐年上升。心室重构是心力衰竭发生发展的病理生理基础。心肌肥厚、凋亡及间质纤维化是心室重构的主要机制。Klotho蛋白是与衰老密切相关的蛋白,分为全长的膜结合型和可溶性分泌型两种。研究表明,Klotho蛋白在调控心室重构过程中发挥重要作用。现从心肌肥厚、凋亡及间质纤维化角度就Klotho蛋白调控心室重构的研究进展做一综述。 With the increase of population aging,the incidence of heart failure is increasing yearly.Ventricular remodeling is the pathophysiological basis of the development of heart failure.Myocardial hypertrophy,apoptosis and interstitial fibrosis are the main mechanisms of ventricular remodeling.Klotho protein,which is closely related to aging,is divided into two types:full length membrane binding and soluble secretory type.Studies have shown that Klotho protein plays an important role in the regulation of ventricular remodeling.This article reviews the progress of Klotho protein in the regulation of ventricular remodeling from the perspective of myocardial hypertrophy,apoptosis and interstitial fibrosis.
