摘要
增加了预混喷嘴和配套设施,对脱硫再生方式和尾气处理方式进行改进。降低了空压机运行能耗,提升了再生空气中氧的利用率;将再生尾气回兑到脱硫塔出口煤气管道中,消除了尾气排放对大气环境的不利影响。
This paper introduces the improvement of desulfurization-regeneration and tail gas treatment by adding pre-mixing nozzle and auxiliary facilities. This optimization can reduce the energy consumption of the regenerative air compressor and increase the oxygen availability in the regenerative air. The recycling of the regenerated tail gas to the outlet gas line of the H2 S scrubber can minimize environment pollution of the tail gas to the atmosphere.
